April 2025 was celebrated by G. D. Goenka Public School, Dakshineswar as the “English Month” commemorating the birth & death anniversaries of the Bard of Avon.
A range of activities included recitations, preparation of literary timelines, story-board and poster-making . A special assembly on April 30, 2025 marked the conclusion of the English Month at GDGPS Dakshineswar.

The Investiture Ceremony of G D Goenka Public School Dakshineswar was conducted on 26.04.2025 where the Head Girl, Head Boy, Junior Head Boy, Junior Head Girl, Sports Captain, Sports Vice-Captain & House-Captain & House Vice-Captains along with the 15 prefects from each of the four houses Teresa, Tagore, Vivekananda & Radhakrishnan were pinned with the ceremonial badges marking the students’ council fully functional for the session 2025-2026.
The event concluded with the ceremonial oath-taking & the National Anthem.

Career-counselling sessions were organised for the students of high school from April 23rd to 25th by the esteemed founders of Nimbus 360 Ms. Sanjana De & Mr. Kalpit Kamal Jain, two visionary Harvard Graduates. They gave valuable inputs and guided students towards successful admission towards World’s top ranking universities.
Our high school students gathered valuable insights into these sessions regarding pursuing their higher studies abroad.
